Bishop's Falls, NL

Bishop's Falls, NL is a small town of 4000 people located in Central Newfoundland.  It's mayor is Mr. Olivier Rose.  It has three schools, Helen Tulk Elementary for Grades K-5, Bishop's Falls Academy for Grades 6-7, and Leo Burke Academy for Grades 8-12.  Stretching out along the bank of the Exploits' River for many Kilometers, Bishop's Falls is, per capita, one of the longest communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, and in much of Canada.  Above you see an aerial view of a part of Bishop's Falls, a section of the beautiful, pristine Exploits' River, and an old railway bridge, the Trestle, one of Bishop's Falls most popular landmarks which is now part of a town walking trail.
